Refund Policy

Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our guidelines below for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible items. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Condition of Items

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Products damaged due to negligence or improper usage are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized or personalized products.
Innerwear and lingerie for hygiene reasons.
Items purchased during "Final Sale" or clearance events.
